PENGARUH KOMBINASI SENAM NIFAS DAN PIJAT OKSITOSIN TERHADAP INVOLUSI UTERUS

Uterine involution is the process of return the reproductive organs into before pregnancy (Sukarni, 2013). The process of involution of the uteri can be seen from the contraction of the uterus, height of the fundus of the uterus, as well as spending lochea. Alternative business to accelerate the process of involution of the uterus is with puerperal gymnastics and massage oxytocin. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of administration of a combination of puerperal gymnastics and massage of oxytocin on uterine involution of postpartum mothers in Puskesmas Gubug II Kabupaten Grobogan.
The research method used in this research is quasy experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents which are divided into 2 groups each of 15 respondents, namely the experiment group which gets the intervention combination puerperal gymnastics and massage of oxytocin and a control group that gets the gymnastics of the postpartum period. The technique of sampling using consecutive sampling technique. Each group received intervention until day 10, and measured the height of the uterine fundus using the observation sheet.
The results of this study indicate that there is the influence of a combination of puerperal gymnastics and massage of oxytocin on uterine involution, with a p-value of 0.0001 (
