PERBEDAAN KUALITAS CITRA ANATOMI MSCT THORAX FASE ARTERI KONTRAS LUNG WINDOW DENGAN KASUS TUMOR PARU TERHADAP NILAI WINDOW LEVEL

Examination of MSCT Thorax in cases of lung tumors performed in RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. Regency in image capture in the arterial phase of contrast lung window is often done to change the value of window level to obtain the result of maximal anatomical image, therefore researchers are interested to conduct research on variations in in value Window level in case of tumor. This research was conducted in Radiology Installation of RSUD Ibnu Sina of Gresik Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of image quality of MSCT Thorax anatomy best by using window level variation.
The type of this research is quantitative research with experimental approach. Data retrieval is done by taking the image of the contrast phase of the lung artery with the fixed window width condition of 1500 and the five variations of the width level -450, -550, -650, -750, -850 HU conditions. Next from each image is done by the assessment by respondents (radiologist) by using check list. Data were analyzed by using kappa test to know reliabillity among respondent, normality test was done to know whether data is normal distribution or not. Statistical test with different test Wilcoxon done to determine whether there is difference in image information anatomy MSCT Thorax.
The results showed that there was a significant difference in image quality of anatomy of MSCT Thorax with p value was 0,000 (
