ANALISA VARIASI NILAI TIME INVERSION (TI) TERHADAP INFORMASI ANATOMI MRI CERVICAL POTONGAN CORONAL PADA SEKUEN SHORT TAU INVERSION RECOVERY (STIR)
XMLBackground : The time inverse parameter is one of the main parameters affecting the image quality of MRI anatomy on STIR sequence. The
existence of Time Inversion variation values will get different image results so that it can be seen the effective Time Inversion value to
produce optimum anatomical image quality. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of TI value variation to information of
MRI Cervical anatomy of coronal pieces on STIR sequence and to know the optimal IT value for STIR sequences with coronal cuts for
cervical MRI examination.
Methods : The type of research used is quantitative study. The study was conducted with MRI 1.5 Tesla at SMC Telogorejo Semarang. The
data were 32 MRI Cervical images of Coronal sequences of STIR from 8 volunteers with 4 variations of Time Inversion value (100 ms, 140
ms, 170 ms, and 200 ms). The resulting image was rated by 3 radiologists by looking at anatomical information with a 3-level rating scale.
The assessed organs are nerve roots, neuroforamine, faced joint, spinal cord, soft tissue and intervertebral disc. Data were analyzed
statistically with Cohren's Kappa test, and Friedman's test using SPSS. 22 with confidence level P value
