Perbedaan Pemberian Jus Tomat dan Jus Belimbing Terhadap Hipertensi Gravidarum Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Todanan Kabupaten Blora
XMLHypertension due to pregnancy in primigravida after 20 weeks of pregnancy, during labor and or within 48 hours postpartum. Based on the Central Java profile data in 2015 stated that Blora district as much as 27.67% is still above the Central Java target of 17.74%. Data obtained from Bappeda Blora Regency in 2015 pregnant women who experienced hypertension during pregnancy as many as 438 cases. One way to be able to lower blood pressure is by giving tomato juice and star fruit juice. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of tomato juice and juice star fruit juice to pregnant mother gravidarum hypertension in working area of puskesmas todanan with Pre-experiment design (nondesigns) method using One Group Pre-Post Test design. Sampling using Total Sampling. Measurement of maternal blood pressure was done on 36 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a digital tension. Normality test data using Shapiro-Wilk obtained p> 0,05 means normal distribution. Tests conducted with paired t - test obtained p value = 0.000 tomato juice of 142.56 ± 2.72725 then the decrease in maternal blood pressure More pregnant occurred in the respondents who were given star fruit juice. Star fruit juice can be administered in puskesmas programs to lower blood pressure of pregnant women and minimize the high incidence of hypertension gravidarum
