ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN TENAGA KERJA BERDASARKAN TEORI WORK LOAD INDICATOR STAFF NEED (WISN) PETUGAS DISTRIBUSI DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS RSUD AMBARAWA

Abstract
Every employee has a share in improving the quality in the organization, not the exception of the medical
record document distribution officer. Medical record document distribution officers play an important role in
maintaining the quality of hospital services, especially in outpatient services. The number of outpatients in
RSUD Ambarawa in 2016 amounted to 88932 patients, due to the large number of patients and the limited
number of officers it should be studied further against the workload. The one method that can be used in
determining the need of health personnel is according to Kepmenkes Number 81 Year 2004 is WISN. The
purpose of this study to determine the number of workforce personnel needs of medical reacord document
distribution using WISN calculation method at RSUD Ambarawa.The type of research used is descriptive
quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The method used is observation and interviews by
observing directly the state of the problem to be researched and ask the officer concerned.The result of
calculation officer of medical record document distribution with WISN method shows that the total
requirement of medical record document distribution officer is 3,008 or 3 people. Officers distribution of
medical records records RSUD Ambarawa require the addition of officers as much as 1 person. The addition
of officers aims to the workload of medical record document distribution officers is not too heavy and work in
progress can run effectively and efficiently.
