PERBEDAAN PEMBERIAN PMT DAN ES KRIM MODISCO SUSU KEDELAI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN BERAT BADANBALITA GIZI BURUK DI WILAYAH KOTA SEMARANG

The incidence of malnutrition will cause the child's body resistance decreased and will be susceptible to infectious diseases. Malnutrition indicator in Semarang City is enforced with indicator BB / U and BB / TB. In the year 2016 there are 17 child malnutrition. Meanwhile, in March 2017, found 20 child malnutrition in the city of Semarang. Efforts made in the handling of malnutrition is the innovation of soy milk ice cream milk.The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference of PMT and Modisco Milk Soy Ice Cream on increase weight of malnutritions.
The research was conducted in Semarang City. This research is a quasy experimental research design with pretest posttest control group desaign approach. Sampling technique with purposive sampling and got 18 child malnutrition with 9 child to control and interventions groups. In the intervention group were given modisco milk soy milk for 14 days. Content of modisco ice cream, among others, energy 130.16 kcal, 3.3 grams of protein, and fat 8.2 grams.
Result of research: there was no significant difference of weight of malnutrition balita in control group, with p value 0,334. There was a significant difference in weight of malnourished children under five in the intervention group after being given ice cream modisco soy milk with p value 0.041. There was no significant difference of weight gain of malnutrition in intervention and control group, with p value 0,678.
From this research, it is hoped that the community can have knowledge about alternative food additives, for education is expected to be evidence based, for health service able to develop new PMT creations, for DKK able to give innovative policy in handling malnutrition, and for further research is suggested to improve Creation of standard therapeutic modifications
