Perbedaan Pengaruh Pemberian Tablet Fe dengan Jus Buah Bit (Beta Vulgaris L. Rubra L) dan Tablet Fe dengan Jus Kurma (Phoenic Dactylifera) Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin Ibu Nifas di Puskesmas Bergas Kabupaten Semarang

Data on Household Health Survey (SKRT) in 2012 states the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women by 50.5% and postpartum women by 45.1%. This figure shows the incidence of anemia in the puerperium mother in Indonesia is relatively large because almost 50% and indicate the still low health status specifically for postpartum in Indonesia.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tablet with beet juice and Fe with Feature juice on maternal hemoglobin level.
This research will be conducted in sub district of Bergas, Semarang regency. This study is a quasi experiment with pretest and postest design. Samples were 32 postpartum women 3 days postpartum. Sampling technique by purposive sampling Univariate analysis which counted is mean and standard deviation. Bivariate analysis of coverage of normality, homogeneity and statistical tests.
The results showed that there was a difference of the effect of tablet with beet juice and Fe tablet with date juice to maternal hemoglobin level with p value 0,00. Postpartum women given Fe tablets with little juice have an average increase in Hb levels of 1.11 g / dl and postpartum mothers who were given palm juice with Fe had a mean increase in Hb levels of 0.3 g / dl.
From the result of the research, it is expected that postpartum mothers can apply bits of fruit juice that can help increase Hb with dose of 100 gram of bits, 2 tablespoons of palm sugar, 2sdm of lime juice, and 200 ml of water. This juice is taken once a day so that postpartum avoid anemia and mother's welfare is maintained.
