FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KUNJUNGAN NEONATAL DAN IBU NIFAS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KEDUNGWUNI I KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Background: Infant mortality in 2015 as many as 10 per 100,000 live births (Health Departement RI, 2014). The number of neonatal deaths in Pekalongan Regency in 2015 as many as 44 cases. Neonatal mortality can be prevented by neonatal visiting The coverage of postpartum services 2013 in Pekalongan Regency has reached 100%, but in 2014 decreased by 95.16%. The coverage of maternal visit in Kedungwuni I Public Health Center in 2014 were 875 peoples (95,4%) and ini 2013 as many as 763 peoples (89,4%) and 2016 as many as 85% or reached only 47,9% from the target.
Purpose: This research aimed to determined correlation factors to neonatal and postpartum visiting in working area Kedungwuni I Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency. Methode: This research have done in Kedungwuni I Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency. The corresponding research design used descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach.
Population were postpartum who had childbirth in the working area Kedungwuni I Public Health Center in May 2017 as many as 106 peoples. The technique of sampling used total sampling. The instrument of data collecting used questionnaire. Result: The result showed that there were correlation between knowledge, attitude, distance, perception and family support to neonatal and postpartum visiting in Kedungwuni I Public Health Center Pekalongan Regency. Suggest: From the result of this research, expected public health center improve neonatal and postpartum visiting to be good perception of neonatal and postpartum visiting to prevent maternal and neonatal death.
