The results of this study obtained diagnoses Ny.D age 23 years G1P0A0 38+3 weeks gestation, with frequent complaints of urination and stiffness dipunggung, with physiological labor followed by physiological period, no complaints.
In pregnancy is not obtained, in labor there is no gap. In the puerperium period, there were no gaps because they were given KB counseling as well as on the last visit at week 2 to ask the mother of the plan of using family planning, the mother said that she wanted to use KB injections 3 months after 40 days. In the new baby care ahir there is no gap.
The conclusion of the results of this study is on the implementation of midwifery care there is a gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care in the field. The gaps are in planning and in the process of taking care.
