Pregnancy, delivery and postpartum is physiological process. In this process many mothers who experience health problem so as to increase the amount of morbidity and mortality of mothers and babies. Therefore, it needs a sustainable midwifery care, by skilled health personnel so that the amount of morbidity and maternal and infant mortality can be reduced. The aim of this study is to provide a sustainable and comprehensive obstetric care to pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and family planning in accordance with the standards of midwifery care by using 7 steps varney and documented in the form of SOAP.
The research results obtained diagnosis Mrs.R G2P1A0 age of 27 years 37 weeks gestation, pregnant physiological, spontaneous delivery without complications, the baby born in a state of spontaneous, normal and physiological puerperium with II degree perineal wound.
n the care of pregnancy have been done 10 T standard care, Namely long kala I 7-
13 hours but in the case of faster which 6 ½ hours and obtained childbirth did IMD at least 1 hour, but just do skin to ski for 30 minute. In the postpartum period there is a gap, family planning counseling is not done 6 weeks post partum, but at
5 weeks postpartum. In the newborn care there are no graps
The conclusion from this research is the application of a comprehensive midwifery care has been good, but there is a gap between theory and practice of midwifery care in the field. There are gaps in the planning and in the process of care measures.
