During pregnancy cause various change physical and phisiological. The one manisfestation changein mounth cavity is change pH saliva and quantity saliva, when quantity saliva very but then pH saliva will go down and became sour, this situation will influence process demineralisasi tooth and developmemt karies. The purpose this research to know the description pH saliva and quantity saliva abaut DMF-T in pregnant’s mother.
Kind this research is deskriptive quantity,the plan which used is one shot case study with approachment cross sectional. Sapelin this research use is people pregnant’s mother trimester 1 and is people trimester 3 removal data do in Puskesmas Tegowanu during 2 days at 09.00 – 11.00 WIB.
Yield this researchindicate there are description pH saliva and quantity saliva which inclined influence numeral DMF-T pregnant’t mother, average pregnant’s mother is sour, trimester 1( 6,7) and trimester 3(6,5), average quantity saliva pregnant’s mother very low, trimester 1 (2,6) and trimester 3 (2,1). To average DMF-T pregnant’s mother trimester 1 medium (3,8)and trimester 3 high (5,5) to balanced pH saliva, pregnant’s mother suggestion to rinse the mouth with salthpetre water in order that no easy happen karies.
