ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. N UMUR 20 TAHUN DI BPM S WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SUMOWONO KABUPATEN SEMARANG
XMLHealth and welfare in a community, especially for Mothers and Kids is very important in supporting health development in Indonesia. This effort can be done by giving quality service in health care like Continuity of Midwifery care.
This program aims to give health service that is sustainable by having a good relationship between a woman,midwife,or health professionals to make sure the mother and the baby is healthy
This service is given during the pregnancy,maternity,childbirth,newborn baby and birth control according to the standard of Obstretrics.
In this final report written in a form of case studies using midwife management and documents in the form SOAP.In this case study the subject is pregnant women in trimester III with gestational age 39 weeks without complications in BPMS in Semarang District.
Result of this study obtained diagnosis Ny.N G1P0A0 39 weeks gestation physiological with frequent of stiffness and urination,with physiological delivery which followed the puerperium can be solved.
In pregnancy gap is obtained that not checked by examination of laboratory, genitalia and anus,in a delivery gap is obtained not doing appropriate labor according to the standard 60 step of APN. At the time of vaccum oxytocin does not use gloves and also on IMD do in 40 minutes .in the puerperium periode there is no gap, normal newborn and also Ny.N using implant 44 days birth control.
The conclusions result of this study is namely on the implementation of midwifery care,there is between the theory and the practice of exising on midwife care planning the process of taking care.
