SURVEI KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG TERHADAP MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN GIGI DI PUSKESMAS NGEMPLAK SIMONGAN SEMARANG BARAT
XMLHealth services are one of the most needed services by the public, health services will be perceived quality by its customers if its delivery is felt to exceed the expectations of service users. The purpose of this study is to determine factors that influence the level of satisfaction seen from the demension of service quality that is the demension of technical competence, access to services, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations, comfort to patients visiting Ngemplak Simongan West Semarang.
The type of this research is descriptive with the method of data retrieval is research that is to obtain facts from actual symptoms by using questionnaire using survey technique where the data is taken directly to certain target. In the sample from February to March 2017 with the number of 26 respondents ie patients who visited the Community Health Center Ngemplak Simongan Semarang West Semarang.
The results of this study indicate that of the 8 demensi quality of service that is the demension of technical competence, access to services, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort 96% of patients feel very satisfied with the quality of service received at health center Ngemplak Simongan Semarang West. The more perfect the satisfaction, the better the quality of health services.
