Abstract
Based on the data of Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) in 2013 shows that the national psychiatric impedance of 1,728 people with the total number of households analyzed is 294,959 people. In RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Central Java in 2016 mental disorders amounted to 5,399 people who have mental disorders, while every year clients who experience hallucinatory disorders are always increasing. The purpose of this study is to describe the response of two clients with a diagnosis of auditory hallucinations that have been given a method of conversing with other people. This type of research using descriptive method that uses therapeutic communication to explore the existing problems on the auditory auditory client so that the problems that exist on the client can be resolved. This intervention is given to two clients with the same diagnosis of auditory hallucination. After do action nursing namely the implementation of strategy implementation and the application of methods of conversation with other people is expected client can control the hallucinations that appear. The comparison of these two client responses is similar in that it is capable of controlling rudeness by using the method of conversing with others.
