ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA Ny.S dan Ny.R POST PARTUM SECTIO CAESAREA DENGAN MASALAH RESIKO INFEKSI DI RSUD DR.ADHYATMA, MPH SEMARANG

Sectio caserea is the delivery of a fetus by surgical incision through the abdominal wall and uterus. It gives a risk to higher amount of infection rather than delivery pravaginam. The post sectio caesarea's infection is a condition where the body encounter a pathology change that caused by the wound after the surgery. The nurse has a very important role to overcome the infection by giving the appropriate treatment according to Standards Operational Procedure. the main tenet of the treatment is to prevent and to cure the wound which could be the cause of infection. The purpose of this research is to know how the nursing treatment toward moms post sectio caesarea with an infection as the risk. the method of the research is descriptive method whit two participants at RSUD Adhytama, MPH Semarang. the result of the research is a bad personal hygiene become the factor that caused infection post sectio caesarea. It is proven by the third day of observation toward Mrs. S who look after her personal hygiene and her wound seems clean meanwhile toward Mrs. R, she is careless to her personal hygiene and seems her wound so dirty. By looking after a personal hygiene could be the retard of healing the wound and make infection. As the conclusion, the infection of Mrs S and R is clear but the personal hygiene of Mrs. S seems better than Mrs. R which can caused infection. the suggestion of this research is to consider the research time because 3 days are not enough to do nursing treatment toward post sectio caesarea.
