ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NYONYA K. UMUR 31 TAHUN DI BPM LULI PRASETYOWATI MIJEN KABUPATEN DEMAK

The process of pregnancy, birth and postpartum is a physiological process. In this process many women who suffer from health problems that can increase the amount of morbidity and mortality. Therefore, it needs continuous care by a skilled health care personnel to reduce the amount of morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study is to provide in a sustainable and comprehensive care to pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and family planning.
Writing the final report is in the form of a case study using a seven-step approach to obstetric management Varney and documented using SOAP.
Results of this study was obtained diagnosis Mrs. K age 31 G2P1A0 38 weeks gestation, pregnant physiological, with complaints of frequent urinating, spontaneous delivery without complications, newborn spontaneous and normal, and is followed by postnatal physiological seamless perineum.
In the care of pregnancy applied upbringing 14T however there are gaps between theory and practice which was pregnant women do not done the VDRL test and not given tetanus immunization, in care delivery gained gaps that do not use personal protective equipment such as headgear, google glasses and boots at the time of midwives attending births, and did not do IMD immediately after birth for one hour, but just skin to skin for 30 minutes. Upbringing postnatal and family planning there is no gap between theory and practice. Newborn care there is no gap between theory and practice.
The conclusion of this case study is a comprehensive care has been given to the good, but still a gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care in the land. There are gaps in the planning and management processes or the care given.
Suggestions for the land in order to add to the public’s understanding of the importance of early initiation of breastfeeding and for further research in order to implement comprehensive midwifery care.
